Hotel Vibe

This boutique inn recently changed ownership and has been completely renovated.
It's more intimate than a large hotel, yet still offers you more privacy than traditional old school B & Bs do (no nosy B & B owners or forced meals with other guests here!).
Rooms are limited to 2 guests per room, and all guests must be at least 18 years old to stay overnight. The guest limit and age limit help create a peaceful, relaxing stay during your wine country visit.

The furnishings are comfortable yet modern, with Instagram-worthy photo opps at every turn.

In fact, there's a large photo frame perfect for a memento of your stay, on the lawn near the bocce ball court.
Rooms and Suites

There are 8 rooms and suites total at The Setting Inn Willamette Valley.
All rooms are located in the main building, spread out between three floors. Each has a different layout and is decorated slightly differently.
We stayed in Room #7, located below the main lobby. At first, I was worried about the noise level with a room beneath the lobby. However, it was calm and quiet in our room during our entire stay.
Our favorite part of our room was the private patio. There we could sit and enjoy a glass of wine or our morning coffee with breakfast, enjoying the peaceful and serene views of Oregon wine country.
The rooms are beautifully furnished, with comfortable beds. Some have soaker tubs (ours did not), and some on the upper levels have private balconies.
All rooms and suites have ample closet space, robes, slippers, mini fridges, electric tea kettle, and an in-room espresso maker. Rooms do not have microwaves.
Want to open a bottle of wine from your wine tasting weekend but forget your wine opener? Don't worry - there's one in the drawer beneath the coffee/tea options, along with plates, napkins, and utensils.
Gathering Places

If you're feeling social or up for wandering the grounds, The Setting Inn has plenty of indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.
In addition to the lobby lounge area, there are several outdoor spaces where small groups can gather around firepits. I really love the variety of seating options - especially the egg swings!
During warmer months, you can also enjoy several outdoor games. There's a bocce ball court, cornhole, badminton, and more.

There is also a large barn across from the main building.
Inside, you'll find additional comfy seating areas. There's also a wood-burning fireplace, and plenty of board games to keep you busy.
Dining options

The Setting Inn Willamette Valley does not have an onsite restaurant. However, guests are treated to a breakfast box each morning during your stay. These are delivered at 8:30am outside your front door.
Inside each breakfast box you'll find an array of mostly local breakfast goodies. The exact breakfast items may change from time to time, depending on availability.
Our breakfast box included:
- Canned Oregon white bubbles
- Olympia Provisions charcuterie
- A massive croissant (it was huge! And so delicious!), scone, and baguette from Pearl Bakery
- Fromage blanc from Briar Rose Creamery
- An apple from a nearby farm
- Orange juice

Paired with our in-room espresso (or one of the local Smith Teamaker teas), it was a delicious way to start the day out on our private patio!
Other amenities

Guests are usually greeted with a welcome cocktail, accompanied by the warmest, friendliest greeting from The Setting Inn Willamette Valley staff. We were greeted by General Manager Yndira, who took amazing care of us and the other guests during our stay.
Exercise Room - There is also a small fitness center between the main building and the barn. It was weights, a Peloton, and other common exercise equipment that you can use.
