🛒 Ingredient notes

almond breeze almond milk and chocolate popsicle.

Almondmilk – To add some chocolatey flavor but to keep this recipe dairy-free, I used Almond Breeze Chocolate Almondmilk. It’s easy to find and it gives you a soft chocolate flavor without being too rich.

Mini-chocolate chips – I also used dairy-free chocolate chips to give these popsicles some crunchy texture.

✅ Step-by-step instructions

Three almondmilk Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Pops.

For the popsicles

1. In a large pitcher, combine the AlmondBreeze Almondmilk Chocolate and peanut butter until well blended.

2. Pour even amounts into each ice pop mold.

3. Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of mini chocolate chips into each mold.

4. Cap mold with ice pop handle and place molds in the freezer. Freeze for 4-6 hours.

For the chocolate drizzle

5. Place 1/4 cup chocolate chips plus coconut oil in a small bowl and microwave in 30 second increments until melted together.

6. Place melted chocolate mixture into a small plastic ziplock bag with a small hole cut in one corner.

7. Remove ice pops from molds and place over wax paper.

8. Drizzle chocolate over each ice pop. The chocolate should harden within 1-2 minutes from the frozen ice pops.
