🛒 Ingredient notes

bowls of ingredients to make a pineapple mocktail drink.

This mocktail mixture is made of simple ingredients you can find at almost any grocery store.

  • Pineapple juice – The main ingredient for this easy mocktail recipe. I find that a low-sugar or no-sugar added pineapple juice tastes best in this pineapple mocktail recipe.
  • Simple syrup – You can make your own simple syrup easily at home (try our homemade simple syrup recipe). Or, use store-bought simple syrup.
  • Ginger beer – This is my favorite brand of ginger beer. I find it lends the best flavor to mocktails.
  • Ice – You can use cubed or crushed ice.
  • Optional garnishes: mint leaves, lemon slices or lemon wedges, pineapple wedge.
