These Greek lamb chops are perfect for summer grilling!

Serve them with Marinated Feta to start. For sides, pair this dish with our Grilled Asparagus in Foil and Dill Pickle Potato Salad .Our dairy-free, vegan Tzatziki sauce is a delicious dip for these hearty lamb chops!

We also love making these Greek lamb chops on an indoor grill during colder months. Then we serve them with Instant Pot Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Air Fryer Broccoli.

    🍷 🥂 Wine pairings

Greek lamb chops on a white plate with herbs and lemon slices and bourbon lemonade.

When it comes to wine pairings, often the phrase "what grows together goes together" is a good safe bet. In this case, a Greek red wine such as Xinomavro would pair deliciously with the Mediterranean flavors of these Greek lamb chops.

If you can't find a bottle of Xinomavro nearby, a Syrah would both a food-friendly pairings for this dish.

In the mood for a cocktail? Try our Bourbon Lemonade. The lemon flavors in the cocktail bring out the lemon flavors in the lamb. And the richness of the bourbon complements the smoky flavors of the grill.
