    🛒 Ingredient notes

bowls of ingredients to make rosemary and garlic roasted potatoes.
    • Potatoes - Russet potatoes tend to work best for this sheet pan recipe. But you can also use red potatoes, baby potatoes, or Yukon gold potatoes.
    • Olive oil - Use your best extra virgin olive oil for the potatoes.
    • Garlic - Fresh minced garlic cloves add so much flavor to these potatoes. But you can substitute garlic powder if you don't have fresh garlic.
    • Seasonings - For the potato seasoning, you need a mix of ground paprika, chopped fresh rosemary, kosher salt and ground black pepper. You can also use a mix of your favorite herbs. Try fresh herbs like basil, oregano, and/or thyme for an Italian seasoning flavor. While fresh is best, you can substitute dried herbs if that's what you have on hand. You can also garnish with a bit of chopped fresh parsley.
