You can easily use your favorite ingredients to make this holiday white chocolate cranberry bark. Here are some notes on some of the ingredients:

  • White chocolate – Use your favorite white chocolate bars or white chocolate bark.
  • Dried cranberries – These add a chewy tart fruity flavor to each bite.
  • Peppermint candy canes – Crushed candy canes add a fun, festive, crunch!
  • Pecans – You can use pecans or any other nuts.
  • Marshmallows – Mini marshmallows add an unexpected fluffy contrasting texture.

  1. Spread melted milk chocolate out onto a large sheet of wax paper.
  2. Sprinkle a small amount of chopped pecans evenly over the milk chocolate.
  3. Add marshmallows to the hot melted white chocolate and stir just enough to soften the marshmallows and blend them slightly into the white chocolate.
  4. Gently spread the white chocolate over the milk chocolate, using a silicone spatula to move the marshmallows around so they are placed evenly throughout the chocolate bark.
  5. Sprinkle dried cranberries, then crushed peppermint pieces evenly over the white chocolate.
  6. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes or freeze for about 10 minutes.
  7. Remove and break into pieces.

  • 12 ounces milk chocolate, melted
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, melted
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
