🖨️ How to print election bingo cards
These bingo card freebies are 5.5" x 8.5" in PDF format, and print two to a sheet.
To use these cards, you simply need to follow these simple steps:
- Click the button below to download the bingo cards.
- Save them to your computer.
- Print them out on your home printer. Make sure your printer is set to print them in Landscape (not Portrait) mode. You can also take them to your local office supply store to have them printed.
- There are two cards per sheet of paper. Use scissors or a paper cutter to cut the paper down the middle to create the two bingo cards.
💻 Printable tips and FAQs
For election bingo, you'll want to use a thicker cardstock instead of regular paper. This white cardstock is the one I use for most of my printables. It's a nice thickness, matte, and has a nice feel to it.
You can open PDF files in several different free programs. The best one that I use is Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free to use but you need to download Acrobat to your computer first.
Yes! You can view all of my free printables in the Urban Bliss Life printables collection. I've got several for each holiday! You can also purchase some larger printable collections in my Bliss Life Printables Etsy shop.
📺 How to play election bingo
Election bingo works like regular ol' bingo.
- Each player uses one game board.
- Use pens, pencils, crayons, markers to mark off the spots. Or, make it even more fun by using red and blue star stickers, American flag stickers, or red, white, and blue M & M candy pieces.
- When you see someone or something on TV - or hear something on the TV - related to the phrases on your card, mark out the spot on your bingo card.
- Classic bingo is when you mark off an entire row, either across or up and down. When you do, be sure to yell "BINGO!"
🖍️ Election coloring map
A fun way for kids and adults alike to get involved in the election process: an election coloring map!
We've always included our kids in our age-appropriate political discussions. And now that they are 17 and 20 years old, they are very much aware of this year's election.
When they were really little, I designed this election night coloring map for the kids as a fun interactive resource. But adults can use it too. And over the years, many adults have! I love seeing you all use these printables in your own election parties!
Simply color in states red or blue as the national results are called on television.
Download the free Election Day Map Printable here, and print as many times as you want to make sure you have enough for everyone.
🧁 Election party circle printables
To make your election day food even more festive, I designed these Election Day Party Circles you can download for free!

You can cut these out and use them in several creative ways:
- Use them as cupcake flags
- String them together to create a small banner

- Stick them to cake pedestals, wine carafes, beer bottles, wine bottles, silverware holders, and more!

Wow, what a post. I wish I had found this earlier, in Sweden we had poor coverage of the US election.
Marlynn Jayme Schotland says
Hi Arlene! Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the PDF. I just clicked on the link in the post again and the bingo cards are showing up right after the party circles: they are on the same PDF. Are you using Adobe Acrobat? Maybe try refreshing the page and trying the link again? I can always email the PDF to you, too, if you are still having trouble seeing the bingo cards after the party circles in the PDF. Just let me know! Thank you! :)
Arlene says
Still can't download the PDF for Bingo game. Help!
Sandy says
Thank you for this!! I've been scouring the internet for election night bingo and coming up blank. Our small election night party just got that much more awesome!
Michaela says
Great ideas! Is it possible the PDF is missing the Bingo sheets? I only see one page of the Party Circles and no Bingo...
Marlynn Jayme Schotland says
Michaela - it was! Thank you for mentioning it. I updated the links and you should be able to see and download all of the party circles plus two sheets of Bingo cards now. So sorry about that!
Mama Munchkin (@globalmunchkins) says

This is such a fun idea! We're definitely going to need something to distract us from the craziness of the election!
Marlynn Jayme Schotland says
Thank you, Rachel! It's a bit of a wild ride this year, eh? ;)
Mary says
I LOVE this! What a fun way to deal with the end of such a stressful election season. We had a big party the night President Obama won his first election and it was so much fun! Sadly I am traveling on election day this year so there will be no party :( I would have loved to take advantage of all of your recommendations, including the adorable map for the kids to fill in!
Marlynn Jayme Schotland says
You could do election night bingo in your hotel room - with a glass of wine, of course! ;)
Catherine says
OMG I must do this Bingo game on Election Night! I'll be traveling for work all that week, so I may end up playing Bingo by myself in a hotel room with a bottle of wine, but hey - there could be worse ways to end the crazy 2016 election!
Marlynn Jayme Schotland says
Ha - I just suggested that Mary do the same since she is traveling! It actually sounds like a GREAT way to watch the election ;)
Erin @ Platings and Pairings says
Love this idea Marlynn! Plus, that icing on those cupcakes is calling my name right now!
Marlynn Jayme Schotland says
Thank you, Erin! Those cupcakes were dangerously good, too :)
Meredith {MarthaChartreuse} says

Marlynn Jayme Schotland says
