Since then they’ve been a favorite snack on multiple airlines. And they continue to be sold in most grocery stores around the globe.

These thin crispy cookies have a buttery cinnamon flavor with hint of ginger. It’s a unique flavor that is a tasty addition to a milkshake blend. This Biscoff Milkshake is a delicious treat the whole family will love!

You can make these Biscoff cookie milkshakes with just four simple ingredients!

  • Ice Cream – Use your favorite vanilla ice cream or dairy-free ice cream.
  • Lotus Biscoff cookies – You’ll want to crumble 6 whole Biscoff cookies into small crumbles.
  • Milk – You can use any type of milk: whole full fat milk, 2%, 1%, or skim milk. Or use your favorite dairy-free or non-dairy milk alternative. I use almond milk, but you can use oat milk or soy milk.
  • Biscoff cookie butter – You’ll find this Lotus Biscoff spread near the peanut butter in your local grocery store.

✅ Step-by-step instructions

Be sure to check the printable recipe card at the bottom of the post for the full ingredient measurements and full instructions. Here’s a step-by-step photo guide to help you make this easy milkshake.

  1. Scoop ice cream into a Ninja Creami pint container. Use a spoon to create a hole in the center.
  2. Pour the milk into the hole in the ice cream. Then spoon the Biscoff cookie spread in the middle of the hole.
  3. Add half of the crushed cookies.
  4. Place the pint container into the Ninja Creami container and secure according to manufacturer directions. Press the Milkshake function setting.
  5. Once the Creami is done making the milkshake it will stop. Then you can remove the container according to manufacturer directions.

Pour the milkshake into two glasses or one large glass. Optional: top with whipped cream, sprinkles, and/or the remaining crumbled Biscoff cookies.

Make this milkshake using a blender

If you don’t have a Ninja Creami, you can make this in a standard or high-powered blender.

  1. Add all milkshake ingredients to the blender.
  2. Blend on high until all of the contents are well combined and reaches your desired creaminess/thickness.
  3. Pour into two glasses or one large glass and top with your choice of favorite toppings.

Ingredients 

  • cups vanilla ice cream
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Biscoff cookie butter spread
  • 6 Biscoff cookies, crumbled and divided
  • Optional: whipped cream

Instructions 

  • Scoop the ice cream into the Ninja Creami pint. Use a spoon to create a hole down the center of the ice cream. Pour the milk into the hole, along with the Biscoff spread and half of the crumbled Biscoff cookies.
  • Place the pint into the Ninja Creami basket, cover, and secure in the Ninja Creami according to manufacturer directions.
  • Press “milkshake” and the Ninja Creami will process the ingredients for a couple of minutes.
  • Once the processing stops completely, remove the basket and pour the contents evenly divided into two large glasses.
  • Optional: Top with whipped cream and the remaining half of the crumbled Biscoff cookies.
