Be My Clementine Sparkling Wine Cocktail is fizzy, fruity, and oh so refreshing!

    IZZE mixed drink recipe

Where would we be without our friends?

I am pretty blessed to have the best friends throughout my life. But as I get older, I notice that it's definitely harder in some ways to make new friends. Sure, we meet folks at work, and through other friends, but sometimes you have to push yourself outside of your comfort zone and check out groups that have the same interests.

So I love the idea of "Friendsday Wednesday." Having a day devoted to checking in with old friends and meeting new ones. Because let's face it: in our busy, go go go lives, we sometimes need the extra nudge to get out mid-week and be with our friends.

To give you some idea of how versatile these drinks are, I'd like to share with you a super simple, yet delicious and refreshing Be My Clementine Sparkler.

    Be My Clementine Sparkler

    IZZE mixed drink recipe

    IZZE all natural flavors

IZZE sparkling products come in several delicious flavors: Pomegranate, Blackberry, Lemon, Ginger, Blueberry, Apple, Grapefruit, Peach, and Clementine. They are made with simple, pure ingredients: fruit juice and sparkling water. They contain no refined sugars, preservatives, or artificial flavors.

    IZZE sparkling beverages

IZZE Clementine is one of my favorite flavors, because it's so versatile. You can substitute almost any beverage or even food recipe that calls for orange juice with IZZE Clementine when you want a little bubbly added.

Think of this as your extra bubbly mimosa.

You just need some bubbly, in the form of Champagne, Prosecco, or other sparkling white wine.

I love Sokol Blosser's Evolution Sparkling, as well as Argyle's Brut.

Then add IZZE Clementine, and some raspberries.

The raspberries add a pop of glorious color. And they soak up all that intermingled bubbly + IZZE Clementine goodness. And at the end, they are delicious little treats!

This recipe makes two servings. You can easily multiply the quantities for your Friendsday Wednesday night parties.

    Ingredients

    • One 8-oz IZZE Clementine soda
    • 2 oz Champagne Prosecco, or other bubbly white wine
    • Raspberries for garnish

    Instructions

    • Divide the IZZE Clementine drink evenly between two champagne glasses.
    • Add about 2 ounces of sparkling white wine/Champagne/Prosecco to each glass. Just eyeball it: put more or less depending on your taste.
    • Add two fresh raspberries to each glass.

    Notes

If you really want to make it a special fancy dessert drink, simply top off each sparkler with fresh whipped cream.

Love your site! May I have one little ssiuegtgon? Your photos are amazing, but the size is unnecessarily big. I'm browsing from my company that has ultrafast connection, faster than anything you can pay for, but it's still close to impossible to scroll. I downloaded one of your pics and saw that the size is 2MB. That explains it! You can export your photo to a lesser quality like around 400KB and still have the same dimension and details as a 2mb photo. It'll only make a difference if you print it and blow it up to 20 x 20 haha!

I would love love love to try the pomegranate flavor, I love anything pomegranate. I'm not sure if there's a tropical flavor as I am new to Izze sparkling water but I'd dig a tropical flavor as well!

I love the idea of a Friendsday also! My favorite flavors of Izze are the pomegranate or blackberry, for more unusual fruit flavors than the standbys (but also delicious) apple and clementine and lemon. I also like that they are already so yummy that just a simple shot of the alcohol of your choice makes it a lovely cocktail! You did beautiful photos here too!

Friendsday Wednesday—such a good idea! And I'm a big fan of mimosa-like cocktails. We'll have to try this recipe out.

Love the pop of fresh fruit in the glass! Café Huneke is starting to line up some really great ideas for when we have guests...or want to celebrate...or just want to make a day even better!

I am so missing girly cocktails like this one! I have been drinking IZZE's during my pregnancy though whenever I want a sweet treat. Cheers to that!
