carrot
chopped into 1" pieces
1 ½
inch slice ginger
about 1 teaspoon worth if it were minced
¾
cup
orange juice
2
cups
frozen mango
½
cup
frozen strawberries
1 6-
ounce
vanilla yogurt
¼ to ½
cup
water
Instructions
In a blender, chop up the carrot and ginger. Pulse a few times until both are minced.
Add orange juice, mango, strawberry, and yogurt. Pulse a few times to puree together. Add water, and blend again. Add more water if you want a thinner consistency.
Pour into two glasses. Drink up!
