cups
seedless watermelon, chopped into small cubes

Tablespoon
freshly squeezed lime juice

Tablespoon
granulated sugar

bottle
(750 ml bottle) champagne
optional: mint leaves, watermelon slices and orange rind twist for garnish
Instructions
In a blender, combine watermelon, lime juice, and sugar.
Blend until ingredients are well blended.
Pour watermelon mixture into glasses, filling about halfway. Then top off with Champagne.
Garnish with mint, watermelon wedge and orange twist for garnish.

Makes 5-6 cocktails.
