Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until it's to a consistency of your liking. Pour into a clear glass. Enjoy immediately.

Makes 2 to 3 smoothies, depending on the size of your glass/jar.Storage: While it's best to drink smoothies when they're freshly made, you can store a smoothie in an airtight container (I like to use mason jars) for up to 24 hours. Make-Ahead Freezer Tips: In a large resealable zip-top bag, place your leafy greens, cucumber, celery, apples, grapes, ginger. Seal and freeze for up to one month. When you're ready to drink, add all of the contents directly into a blender. Add the water, lemon juice, and dairy-free yogurt. Blend until smooth.
