Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange the strips of prosciutto on the parchment paper, leaving some room in between each slice. You can arrange them in rows, or curl them up into rounds (see step-by-step photos).
Bake at 400°F for 9 to 12 minutes, until the proscutto has reached your preferred level of crispiness.
Air fryer option
Preheat the air fryer at 400°F for 2 minutes.
Place 2-3 prosciutto strips on the air fryer basket, leaving room between. You will likely need to work in batches.
Air fry at 350°F for 4 to 5 minutes, flipping over the prosciutto halfway through cooking.
