Cottage cheese waffles
These high protein waffles contain about 15 grams of protein each and are so easy to make!

Ingredients

cottage cheese

rolled oats

maple syrup
or honey

vanilla extract
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until just combined
Grease hot waffle iron and add about ¼ cup waffle mixture into the center.
Close and cook about 4-5 minutes until golden.

Makes enough for about 4 servings.
