vanilla ice cream

OREO cookies, roughly chopped or crushed and divided
Optional: whipped cream

Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
Blend until mostly smooth. You want it to be slightly chunky for some crunchy texture.
Pour into tall glasses.
Optional: Top with whipped cream and remaining half of Oreo cookies.
Notes
Makes 2 servings.
To make this vegan:
Simply use your favorite non-dairy ice cream and milk. I prefer almond milk as it has a nice, creamy texture.
