Ingredients

(15 ounce) black beans, drained and rinsed

cups
fresh or frozen corn

red pepper, diced
1
jalapeňo, sliced (and seeds removed if you don't want spice)

cup
diced red onion

garlic clove, minced
¼
cup
lime juice
(about the juice of two limes)
¼
cup
fresh chopped cilantro

teaspoon
kosher salt
Instructions
In a large bowl. toss together all of the ingredients until well combined.
You can serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Makes approximately 8 servings.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
