In a medium or small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, and pepper.
Brush each of the cabbage wedges carefully with the sauce.
Air fry cabbage at 375°F for 8-12 minutes, until the edges are crisped and to your preferred doneness level.
Notes
Makes approximately 4 side dish servings. A note on doneness: every air fryer is different, so check for doneness starting around 8 minutes. I prefer my cabbage to be really crispy around the edges, which is about 10-12 minutes in my Ninja air fryer.
