Notes
Makes about 6-8 servings, depending on how you use the ground beef.Groundbeef: Use 85/15 ground beef for the best results. Air fry time: Every air fryer is different. The second air fry time may take only 3 minutes but it may take up to 5 or 6 minutes for the beef to be fully cooked through. My Ninja Foodi Deluxe XL multicooker usually cooks the ground beef completely the second air fry time at 4 minutes. Storage: allow the meat to cool, then store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 or 5 days. Freeze: allow the meat to cool, then store in a freezer-safe airtight container or a freezer bag for up to two months.
