4-5ripe peaches, pitted, peeled, and cut into wedges
1½ - 2poundscherry tomatoes, halved
1cupcrumbled feta cheese
1cupthinly sliced red onion
In a large bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper. Add the peaches, tomatoes, arugula, red onion, and feta cheese, and gently toss together. Serve in the bowl or on a platter. Serve immediately.
