Line the bottom of your air fryer basket/tray(s) with parchment paper OR spray with non-aerosol oil spray.
Remove the crescent roll dough from the can/tube and unroll. It should be pre-cut into 8 triangles. Cut each of those 8 triangles into 3 thin triangles (see pic in post for example), ending up with 24 thin triangles total.
Place a sausage at the wide end of one of the triangles and roll up to the tip, gently pressing the dough to seal. Place the rolled up sausage onto the prepared air fryer basket/tray and repeat with the remaining sausages and dough triangles until they are all rolled up.
Air Fry at 325°F for 4 to 5 minutes, then flip over and air fry on the other side for 3 to 4 more minutes, just until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
