Instructions
Scoop out sherbet and place into the center of a wide drinking glass, such as a Champagne coupe.
Slowly pour well chilled Champagne or sparkling wine over the sherbet until the glass is about halfway filled.
Notes
Champagne chilling tips: make sure your Champagne is well chilled at 43° - 50°F.Make it non-alcoholic: substitute sparkling apple cider, lemon lime soda, or ginger ale for Champagne.
