Place about 2 slices or so of pepperoni in the middle of the wrapper.
Top with one teaspoon of pizza sauce.
Sprinkle about one teaspoon of shredded cheese.
Add just a pinch of dried oregano sprinkled over the top of the ingredients.
Fold over one side, and then the opposite side. Dip your fingers in the bowl of water and seal the two edges together.
Either roll or fold and seal the remaining two sides in, and seal with more water.
Use the tines of a fork to press down on the rolled or folded ends to additionally secure the ends.
Spray racks with cooking spray, then place pizza rolls onto the racks. Lightly spray the tops of the rolls with olive oil.
Air fry at 380°F for 14 minutes. Halfway through cooking, check on the pizza rolls and rotate between racks as needed for even cooking.
Allow to cool slightly at room temperature before serving with pizza sauce and devouring.
