Ingredients

cooked corn, cooled to room temperature

medium peaches, peeled, pitted, and diced into small cubes (just a little more than 1 cup when diced)

tomato, seeded and diced into small cubes

thinly sliced green cabbage

thinly sliced red cabbage

thinly sliced red onion

green onions, sliced thinly

cilantro, finely chopped

Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients. Serve immediately.
