In a medium bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients until smooth.
If you'd like a thinner sauce, add water one tablespoon at a time until you achieve desired consistency.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to five days.
Notes
To use as a salad dressing: add about 3 tablespoons of additional water (after the initial ¼ cup water) and add 1 Tablespoon of lime juice. Stir and add water until it reaches your preferred salad dressing consistency.Storage: Store in an airtight container, like a mason jar, in the refrigerator for up to one week. Add a little water, lime juice, or soy sauce when you take it out of the refrigerator to use again.
